摘  要:为了满足产品界面显示自动检测的要求,通过一种基于轮廓寻找和位置编码的识别方法对七段式数码管显示屏进行自动快速读数。根据数码管显示区域图像在暗箱环境下的字符特点,寻找字符轮廓外接矩形对字符区域进行定位,通过判断字符每段小矩形位置的方法对数字字符进行编码识别。实验结果表明,系统平均识别速度在0.05s以内,识别率高于基于支持向量机的识别算法,满足实际需求。In order to meet the requirements of the products interface display automatic detection,an identification method based on contour search and location coding is put forward to realize the sevensegment digital tube display automatic and fast reading.According to the character characteristics of the digital tube display area image in the dark environment,the character area is located by finding the circumscribed rectangle of the character outline,and the digital character is distinguished by the method of determining the position of each small rectangle of the character.The experimental results show the average recognition speed of this system is lower than 0.05 seconds,and the recognition rate is higher than SVM,can meet the actual demand.
