摘  要:为了研究在车用发动机基础上开发游艇用发动机,根据市场调研情况,确定游艇用发动机的扭矩、功率、转速等指标,各指标都比车机大幅度提升。为达到提升的目标,在结构强化方面,提升主要零部件的材料等级,如蠕铁缸盖和蠕铁曲轴箱的应用开发,活塞采用钢活塞,为达到扭矩指标,采用两级增压、两级中冷的技术,为解决热负荷优化提升了冷却润滑系统,同时也优化燃油系统,采用更高的喷油压力。并通过仿真、试验验证设计,达到游艇用发动机的指标要求。This paper studies the development of a yacht engine based on a vehicle engine. According to market research, the indexes of the yacht engine are determined, and the torque, power, speed and other indexes are greatly improved. In order to achieve the goal of improvement, the material grade of main parts is improved in the aspect of structural reinforcement. For example, the vermicular iron cylinder head and the vermicular iron crankcase are developed for the application and the steel piston takes the place of the ordinary piston. To achieve the torque index, the two-stage turbocharge and two-stage cooling technology is used. To solve the heat load optimization, the cooling lubrication system is improved, and the fuel system is optimized with higher injection pressure. The design is verified by the simulation and experiment to meet the requirements of yacht engine.
