摘  要:针对高原地区柴油机机油压力偏低的问题,通过理论分析和试验测试,对机油系统各处的机油流动损失进行研究;对柴油机机油系统进行设计改进,经试验验证。结果表明,大气压力对柴油机机油系统的油压起关键作用,随着海拔升高,大气压力下降,机油泵前的压力也随之下降。采用改进方案后,柴油机不但在高转速时油压保持稳定,在低转速时,柴油机机油压力也提高13%左右。According to the problem of low oil pressure of diesel engine in the plateau area, the oil flow loss in the oil system is studied by the theoretical analysis and tests. The results show that the air pressure plays a key role in the pressure of the oil system of diesel engine, and with the increase of the altitude, the air pressure decreases and so does the pressure in the front of the oil pump. The design of oil system of the diesel engine is improved, and after the improvement, the diesel engine not only keeps the oil pressure stable at the high rotating speed, but also increases about 13% at the low rotating speed when the engine oil pressure is low.
