摘  要:总结电控柴油机动力不足故障的排查步骤,对常见的故障原因进行分类、归纳,列举进排气系统、燃油系统、匹配方面及其他原因造成的动力不足的典型故障案例;并借助先进的检测方法和工具,对每一类故障案例进行分析,在寻找发生故障规律和原因的同时找出解决与排除故障的正确方法,提高发动机固有可靠性,延长使用寿命。This paper summarizes the troubleshooting steps of the power shortage fault of the electronically- controlled diesel engine, classifies and sums up the common fault causes, and lists typical failure cases of the power shortage caused by the intake and exhaust system, fuel system, matching and other reasons. With the help of advanced detection methods and tools, each kind of fault case is analyzed, and the correct method of solving and removing troubles is found while finding out the law and cause of failure, which improves the inherent reliability of the engine and prolongs the service life.
