化滞柔肝颗粒对湿热淤积型非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:评估化滞柔肝颗粒对湿热淤积型非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年1月北京水利医院收治的湿热淤积型NAFLD患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。2组均在非药物治疗基础上观察组给予化滞柔肝颗粒口服,3次/d,1袋/次,对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊,3次/d,8 g/次。连续治疗3个月,比较2组患者的临床症状、体征,体重指数(BMI),丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)等。结果:2组患者治疗后临床症状、体征,BMI,ALT、AST,TC、TG水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗期间观察组无不良反应,对照组患者有4例出现恶心、胃肠道反应,3例患者出现皮疹。结论:化滞柔肝颗粒可明显改善湿热瘀积型非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床症状、体征、BMI及血脂、肝功能指标,无药物不良反应,为临床患者提供有效的治疗方案。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Huazhi Rugan Granule on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD）with damp heat accumulation.Methods： A total of 120 cases of NAFLD in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.On the basis of non-drug treatment,the two groups were given the oral administration of Huazhi Ligan granules,3 times a day,one bag each time,and the control group was given Silibinin Capsules,3 times a day,8 g each time.The treatment last for 3 months.The clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome,body mass index（ BMI）,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（ AST）,total cholesterol（ TC） and triglyceride（ TG）were compared in the two groups.Results： After treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome,BMI,ALT,AST,TC,TG were all lower than before treatment（ P〈0.05）,but the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.During treatment,there was no adverse reaction in the treatment group,and nausea and gastrointestinal reactions occurred in 4 patients in the control group,and rashes occurred in 3 patients.Conclusion： Huazhi Rougan Granule can improve the clinical symptoms,signs,BMI,blood lipid and liver function indexes of the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver of damp heat and stagnation syndrome,and provide effective treatment for the patients.
