摘  要:目的研究粪便钙卫蛋白(Fc)在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)诊断中的价值。方法以2015年3月至2016年9月入住南京医科大学附属苏州医院新生儿科的NEC患儿40例为NEC组,同一时期因非感染性疾病住院的40例新生儿为对照组,采集粪便样本,采用酶联免疫法检测Fc水平。结果 NEC组患儿在NEC开始禁食时Fc水平为(405.5±19.3)μg/g,明显高于对照组的(180.5±25.2)μg/g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NEC患儿治疗好转后拟重新开奶时的Fc水平为(186.9±23.5)μg/g,与对照组的(180.5±25.2)μg/g比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Fc在NEC发生时明显升高,治疗好转后其值降低。Objective To explore the value of fecal calprotectin(Fc) in the diagnosis of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC). Methods Forty neonates with NEC who were admitted to the Department of Neonatology in Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Suzhou Hospital. During March 2015 and September 2016 were enrolled in NEC group. During the same period, 40 newborns hospitalized for non-infectious diseases were taken as control group. Fecal samples were collected and the levels of Fc were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The Fc level of NEC group at the start of fasting was(405.5±19.3) μg/g, which was significantly higher than(180.5 ± 25.2) μ g/g in the control group(P〈0.05). After therapy, the levels of Fc in the NEC group at the time of ready-to-refeed was(186.9±23.5) μg/g compared to(180.5±25.2) μg/g in the control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Fc is significantly elevated in the occurrence of NEC and reduced after treatment. Fc has certain value for early diagnosis and treatment of NEC.
