摘　　要：介绍张朝晖以卫气营血理论为主辨治糖尿病足的经验。认为糖尿病足病机之本在于营卫气血的不和,其标为痰浊瘀,治疗当围绕卫气营血理论加以指导,并依其伴随血瘀、血虚等证而方取桂枝汤、四物汤、补阳还五汤、血府逐瘀汤等。This paper introduces Zhang Zhaohui＇ s experience in treating diabetic foot based on theory of ＂Wei Qi Ying Xue＇. It is considered that the root cause of diabetic foot is disharmony of Wei-Qi-Ying -Xue,which manifests as phlegm,turbidity and stasis. The treatment should be based on and guided by the theory of ＂Wei Qi Ying Xue＇. According to the accompanying symptoms such as blood stasis and blood deficiency, Guizhi Decoction,Siwu Decoction, Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and so on can be used for syndrome differentiation and treatment.
