摘　　要：介绍刘建秋教授运用敷穴化痰膏穴位贴敷治疗缓解期哮喘经验。分析缓解期哮喘的病因病机,认为阳虚痰盛为缓解期哮喘病机之本,结合冬病夏治理论,从配伍分析、现代药理、穴位选择三个方面阐述敷穴化痰膏穴位贴敷温阳益气、止咳化痰的功效。This paper introduces Professor Liu Jianqiu＇ s experience in treating asthma of remission period with acupoint application of Fuxue Huatan Ointment. Through the analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma in remission period, it is considered that phlegm abundance due to yang deficiency is the root cause of onset of asthma in the remission period. Based on the theory of ＂winter disease treated in summer＂, the acapoint application of Fuxue Haatan Ointment shows the efficacy of warming yang and benefiting qi, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, which reflects from compatibility analysis, modem pharmacology and acupoint selection.
