旋覆代赭汤加减辨治顽固性呃逆经验

摘　　要：结合验案2则,探讨以旋覆代赭汤治疗顽固性呃逆的经验。认为其适应证为邪去胃伤、痰饮内阻、胃失和降,多用于虚实夹杂之顽固性呃逆;平衡降逆、化痰饮及补虚之间的关系是应用本方取效的关键。Combined with two proven cases, this paper discusses the features of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of intractable hiccup. It is considered that the indications include stomach injury due to pathogen eliminating, internal stagnation of phlegm fluid, stomach failing to descending qi. It shows good efficacy in the treatment of intractable hiccup with syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. The key of prescription efficacy is the balance of relationship among descending adverse qi, resolving phlegm fluid and tonifying deficiency.
