点穴推拿联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察点穴推拿联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为单纯针刺组和点穴推拿针刺组,每组30例。单纯针刺组选择特定穴位进行针刺治疗,点穴推拿针刺组在单纯针刺组治疗措施的基础上联合点穴推拿治疗。两组疗程均为10天,比较JOA下腰痛评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的变化情况。结果 (1)治疗前后组内比较,两组JOA下腰痛评分、VAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,点穴推拿针刺组JOA下腰痛评分、VAS评分差值大于单纯针刺组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前后组内比较,除感觉障碍外,两组JOA各项评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,点穴推拿针刺组下腰背痛、活动受限度评分高于单纯针刺组(P<0.05)。结论点穴推拿联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症,较单纯针刺能更好地改善患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and acupoint massage plus acupuncture group,30 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on the specific acupoint. The acupoint massage plus acupuncture group was treated with aeupoint massage based on the treatment for the acupuncture group,with a course of 10 days. The changes on JOA scores and VAS score were compared. Results （~There were statistically significant differences on the JOA score and VAS score in both groups between treatment before and after （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the D-values of JOA score and VAS score in the acupoint massage plus acupuncture group were greater than those in the acupuncture group （P〈0.05）. （~）Compared with treatment before, except the sensory disorders, the JOA scores of all items were increased in both groups after treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of lower back pain and activity limitation in the aeupoint massage plus acupuncture group were higher than those in the acupuncture group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with acupuncture alone, acupoint massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of the lumbar disc herniation can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the pain, which is worth further research and promotion.
