摘  要:以SOL生物制剂作为试验药剂,采用曲利苯兰染色法和扫描电镜技术,研究了SOL生物制剂对黄瓜白粉病菌的抑菌作用,以期为生物制剂对黄瓜白粉病抑菌机理研究提供参考依据。结果表明:采用曲利苯兰染色法对SOL药剂预防效果进行显微层面初探,观察发现经SOL处理后白粉菌分生孢子与阳性对照甲基托布津及清水处理相比产生芽管时间明显延长,具有预防作用。扫描电镜技术表明了SOL对白粉菌有抑菌作用,SOL作为保护性药剂时,白粉菌分生孢子出现干瘪、皱缩,芽管生长受抑制,无法继续形成侵入钉侵染寄主植物;SOL作为治疗性药剂时,已形成的芽管难以继续生长,白粉菌分生孢子出现干瘪、坍塌,芽管出现断裂、内含物外泄。SOL biological agent was used as test agent.The antimicrobial mechanism of SOL biological agents to powdery mildew of cucumber was observed by triphenyl blue staining and scanning electron microscope,in order to supply references for antimicrobial mechanism of biological agent against powdery mildew.The results showed that the formation time of germ tube of S.fuligineatreated with SOL was significantly prolonged compared with that of positive control thiophanate and clear water treatments,and had preventive effect.With SOL as protective agent,conidia spores of S.fuliginea appeared dry,shrink,and the growth of the germ tube was inhibited.Because S.fuliginea did not continue to form infection tube,S.fuliginea strain was unable to infect host plants.With SOL as a therapeutic agent,it was found that the formed germ tube was difficult to continue to grow,conidia spores of S.fuliginea appeared dry,shrink,the resulting germ tube appeared broken and inclusions leakage.
