基于蔡西村甜瓜产业的大学农技推广实践分析

摘　　要：在分析国内外大学农技推广模式和运行机制的基础上,结合国家出台的相关政策和农业生产实际需求,以科教扶贫为导向的河北农业大学组建多学科专家服务团队,对接蔡西村甜瓜产业,协作解决产业发展难题为例,展开实证分析。结果表明:大学农技推广与农民联系缺少抓手、人财物管理混沌,建议从构建大学农技推广平台、优化运行机制入手解决大学农技推广存在的问题。Based on the analysis of agricultural extension modes and the operational mechanisms of universities at home and abroad,combined with the relevant policies promulgated by the state and the actual needs of agricultural production,a multi-disciplinary expert service team was set up in Hebei Agricultural University.It takes the muskmelon poverty of Caixi village for instance to carry out empirical analysis in order to solve the problem of industrial development.The results showed that the connection between the university extension of agriculture and the farmers lacks in device.And the management system of human,financial and material resourses were in a mess.It was suggested to solve the problems existed in the extension of agricultural extension by established a university extension platform of agricultural technology and optimizing the operation mechanism.
