摘　　要：总结邱健行教授治疗湿热蕴肠型肠易激综合征经验。认为岭南地区湿热蕴肠者居多,以清肠利湿、健脾益气为法,方选自拟火凤清肠方。并举验案1则。This paper summarizes Professor Qiu Jianxing＇ s experience in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with syndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in intestine. It is considered that the majority of patients with syndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in intestine are in Lingnan area. The therapy of clearing intestines and promoting diuresis, invigorating spleen and benefiting qi should be applied as principle, and Huofeng Qingchang Decoction is created as recipe. One proven case is presented.
