中药热敷结合针灸、推拿疗法对颈椎术后患者轴性症状影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药热敷、针灸、推拿联合复方氯唑沙宗片治疗颈椎术后轴性症状的临床疗效。方法将64例颈椎病术后轴性症状患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。两组均予复方氯唑沙宗片口服,治疗组同时加用中药热敷、针灸和推拿。两组疗程均为14天,观察颈椎JOA评分、VAS评分及轴性症状评分的变化情况。结果 (1)治疗前后组内比较,两组JOA和VAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前后组内比较,两组轴性症状评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,轴性症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单用复方氯唑沙宗片相比,联用中药热敷结合针灸、推拿疗法,可更好地改善患者颈椎术后疼痛、僵硬等的颈肩轴性症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hot compress of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and tuina and compound chlorzoxazone tablets on the axial symptoms of patients after cervical vertebra operation. Methods 64 patients with axial symptoms after cervical vertebra operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group. Both groups were orally treated compound chlorzoxazone tablets,meanwhile the treatment group was treated with hot compress of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and tuina,with a course of 14 days. The changes on JOA score,VAS score and axial symptoms score were observed. Results（1）In both groups,there were statistically significant differences on JOA score and VAS score between treatment before and after（P〈0.05）. After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on JOA score and VAS score between the two groups（P〈0.05）.（2）In both groups,there was statistically significant difference on axial symptoms score between treatment before and after（P〈0.05）. After treatment,there was statistically significant difference on axial symptoms score between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with compound chlorzoxazone tablets alone,hot compress of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and tuina and compound chlorzoxazone tablets can better improve the neck and shoulder axial symptoms such as pain and stiffness after cervical vertebra surgery.
