摘　　要：基于"藏于精者,春不病温"理论,探讨荨麻疹的中医辨治。认为荨麻疹的发病机制为肾精不足、风热外袭、内外相引、卫营同病,治疗当以补肾填精、疏散风热、凉营透疹为基本原则。并附验案1则。This paper discusses the differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on urticaria based on the theory of ＂essence stored ensuring no occurrence of warm disease in spring＂. It is considered that the pathogenesis of this disease is insufficiency of kidney essence,attack of wind-heat,internal and external interaction,syndrome involving both weifen and yingfen. The basic treatment principle should be reinforcing kidney for replenishing essence,dispersing wind-heat,cooling nutritive qi and promoting eruption. One proven case is presented.
