摘　　要：目的建立冬柏通淋颗粒(黄柏、忍冬藤、萹蓄)的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对该复方颗粒中黄柏、忍冬藤、萹蓄进行定性鉴别,同时采用高效液相色谱法测定小檗碱和绿原酸两种主成分的含量。结果 TLC鉴别分离度良好,专属性强,阴性样品无干扰;小檗碱对照品在0.108~2.16μg(r=0.999 5)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率均值为101.61%,RSD为2.53%;绿原酸对照品在0.114~2.28μg(r=0.999 6)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率均值为99.91%,RSD为2.32%。结论该方法操作简便易行,专属性强,准确可靠,可用于冬柏通淋颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control method for Dongbo Tonglin Granule,which includes Huangbo（Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex）,Rendongteng（Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis） and Bianxu（Polygoni Avicularis Herba）. Methods The identifications of Huangbo,Rendongteng and Bianxu in this compound prescription were conducted by thin layer chromatography（TLC）. The contents of berberine and chlorogenic acid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Results The identification and separation of TLC was good and highly specific,and no interference was observed in the negative sample. The berberine showed a good linearity in the range of 0.108 ~ 2.16 μg（r = 0.999 5）. The average recovery was 101.61%（RSD = 2.53%）. The chlorogenic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.114 ~ 2. 28 μg（r = 0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 99. 91%（RSD = 2. 32%）. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable with strong specificity,and can be used for the quality control of Dongbo Tonglin Granule.
