摘 要:城市薄弱学校的改进是实现公平而有质量教育追求的关键环节,而学校内部公平是教育微观层面的公平,指向教育过程公平,强调对"人"本身的关注,是促进教育公平的关键所在。从改善学校内部公平的角度切入审视当前薄弱学校面临的困境,探析学生在教育过程中面临的学习权缺失、学力发展不充分、情感关怀不足等问题及成因,并借助于课程体系重构、教与学方式的改变、关怀型教师的培养、公平文化的营造、多元评价体系的建立等多元化策略,保障学生在教育过程中的实质性公平,以促进薄弱学校有效实现内部改进。The improvement of weak schools in cities is the key to achieving equal and high-quality education, and school internal equity is the micro-level of education equity targeting the equity of educational process and emphasizing the focus of human per se. From the angle of improving school internal equity, this paper takes a look at the predicaments faced by weak schools and explores problems with and reasons for students’ loss of learning rights, deficient development of aptitude and lack of emotional concerns. Corresponding strategies may be employed such as reconstruction of curriculum systems, changing the styles of teaching and learning, cultivating caring teachers, creating equal cultures, and establishment of multi-assessing systems to guarantee students’ genuine equity in the process of education and to promote the realization of the internal improvement of weak schools.
