伊可新治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察伊可新治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果。方法:选取104例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将研究对象分为观察组与对照组各52例。对照组给予鱼肝油滴剂治疗,观察组给予伊可新治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后血清生化指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%(50/52),明显高于对照组的80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血钙、25-(OH)D_3水平均较治疗前明显升高,NBAP水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组血钙、25-(OH)D_3水平上升幅度和NBAP水平下降幅度均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:伊可新治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的效果优于鱼肝油滴剂治疗效果。Objective： To analyze clinical effects of Vitamin A and D drops in treatment of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets. Methods： 104 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets were selected as subjects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cod liver oil drops, while the observation group was given Vitamin A and D drops. The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the serum biochemical indicators before and after the treatment were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15% （50/52）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group [80.77% （42/52）], and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, the blood calcium and 25-（OH）D3 levels of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment; however, the NBAP levels were significantly lower than those before the treatment. The increase of serum calcium and 25-（OH）D3 levels and decrease of the NBAP level in the observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusions： Vitamin A and D drops in the treatment of the children with vitamin D deficiency rickets are superior to cod liver oil drops.
