摘 要:分别对O2/N2和O2/CO2两种气氛下乙烯层流扩散火焰的温度及辐射特性进行了光学检测和数值模拟。采用高速彩色CCD摄像机的三基色(R、G和B波段)信息进行双色法和辐射多光谱测量。火焰辐射光谱和辐射图像中包含大量与火焰温度和辐射特性参数有关的信息,利用这些信息结合合理的算法可以计算火焰表面温度、黑度、火焰内部温度和辐射介质颗粒浓度等参数。为了验证检测结果的准确性,采用FLUENT对相同实验工况下的乙烯火焰进行数值模拟研究,并将实验结果与数值模拟结果进行对比。结果表明,2种燃烧氛围下的模拟燃烧温度与实验检测结果相吻合,两者之间平均误差为8.06%,在工业生产中这一误差是可以接受的。Optical detection and numerical simulation of the temperature and radiation characteristics of the ethylene laminar diffusion flame in O 2/N 2 and O 2/CO 2 atmospheres were carried out. The two-color (R, G, and B-band) information of the high-speed color CCD camera is used for two-color method and radiation multi-spectral measurement. The flame radiation spectrum and the radiation image contain a large amount of information related to the flame temperature and radiation characteristic parameters. Using this information combined with a reasonable algorithm, parameters such as flame surface temperature, blackness, flame internal temperature and radiation medium particle concentration can be calculated. In order to verify the accuracy of the test results, FLUENT was used to simulate the ethylene flame under the same experimental conditions, and the experimental results were compared with the numerical simulation results. The results show that the simulated combustion temperatures in the two combustion atmospheres are consistent with the experimental results, and the average error between the two is 8.06%. This error is acceptable in industrial production.
