摘 要:为解决LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)接收站BOG(Boil-Off Gas)处理能耗高、低外输负荷影响BOG回收等问题进行了流程模拟计算,分析了3种基础处理工艺的能耗及适用性。从流体力学、工质的热力学性质及相平衡角度阐述再冷凝工艺理论基础,研究了再冷凝器操作参数对液气比的影响及操作参数的选取原则。研究了预冷再冷凝流程换热设备压降对工艺节能效果的影响。结果表明:再冷凝工艺冷凝器工况需根据下游用气特性确定,实现碳排放与能耗的平衡;考虑潜在的下游用户数增长,冷凝器设计操作压力可向低取值;液化增压、级间冷却、多级预冷等方式利于工艺节能;设备压降影响工艺节能效果及其可行性。To solve the problems of high energy consumption of BOG system and the incomplete recovery of BOG at low flow rate, the process simulation is carried out. Three basic treatment processes are studied, and the energy consumption and suitability of the whole process are analyzed. The theoretical foundation of recondensation process is expounded from the aspects of fluid mechanics, the thermodynamic properties of fluid and phase equilibrium. This paper is to analyse the influence of recondenser operating parameters on the liquid to gas ratio, and explore the principle of selecting operating parameters. The effect of the pressure drop of the heat exchange equipment in the pre-cooling and condensation process on the energy saving of the process is studied. The results show that the parameter of condenser should be determined by the time and probability distribution of the downstream demand. Considering the potential increase in the number of downstream users, the operating pressure of the condenser can be reduced. The process of energy saving can be realized by the way of liquefaction pressurization, interstage cooling and multi-stage precooling. The pressure drop of the equipment will affect the energy saving effect.
