摘  要:讨论了新型无机闪烁体——钆镓铝石榴石(GAGG)的应用前景,对该种闪烁体的各项性能进行实验测试,发现其发光衰减快,能量分辨率较高,余辉时间短,与传统无机闪烁体相比有较明显性能优势。在此基础上,采用GAGG闪烁体耦合新型光电转换器件硅光电倍增管,研制成单通道辐射探测器,并对其基本性能进行了测试。In this research, we evaluate the application prospect of a new kind of inorganic scintillator namedGadolinium aluminum gallium garnet (GAGG) ,and take a series of tests to evaluate the performance of the scintillator.We find it has short luminescence decay time, high energy resolution, short afterglow phenomenon, high density. And itnever deliquescence. It has huge performance advantage over other kinds of inorganic scintillator. Basic on this, weused GAGG and silicon photomultipler to manufacturea new single channel radiation detector, and have taken thebasic tests for it.
