摘  要:为有效提升整车的材料利用率,该文把整车材料利用率的提升和车身设计结合在一起,通过对以往车型进行总结,提出在车身设计阶段,通过对车身的分缝线进行合理设计,采用一致的断面、合理搭接形式及汽车零件边界形状规则的方法,进一步提升了整车材料利用率。经过优化的车身结构,整车材料利用率可提升3%~5%。该文提出的方法及原则可以有效地提升整车的材料利用率,降低整车成本,提升汽车产品的竞争力,对汽车的车身设计具有一定的借鉴意义。To ettectively improve the vehicle material utilization rate, and combine the improvement of vehicle material utilization rate and vehicle body design, through sumnlarizing the previous models, this paper puts torward that in the design stage of vehicle body, by the reasonable design of the seam line of the automobile body, the adoption of the consistent section, the reasonable overlap form and the rule of boundary shape of the automobile parts, the vehicle material utilization rate is improved. After the optimization of body strueture, the utilization rate of vehicle materials can be increased by 3% to 5%. The methods and principles proposed in this paper can etteetively improve the vehicle material utilization rate, reduce the vehicle cost, and enhance the competitiveness of automotive products, which has a certain reterenee value tor automotive body design.
