摘　　要：针对TBH522型发射机自动调谐系统中步进电机驱动方式的不稳定，且步进电机力矩小，经常造成堵转，电机回差大，倒换频率时间过长，光电旋转编码器输出数值不稳定等一系列问题。提出合理的解决方案，改进电机运转升速曲线过程均匀，转换平滑，加大电机和驱动功率，保证光电编码器的输出信号更加的稳定，从而保证了发射机调谐系统安全平稳的播出。The instability of stepper motor driving mode in automatic tuning system of TBH522 transmitter,and the stepper motor torque is small,often creates a blockage. Large Motor back Difference, switching frequency for a long time, a series of problems on the output data instability of photoelectric rotary encoder. A reasonable solution is proposed. Improve the speed of the motor running the process of uniform, smooth conversion,increase motor and drive power. Ensure that the output signal of the optical code plate is more stable.
