摘　　要：儿童性侵犯严重危害着受害者的生理、认知、情绪、行为和社会性等方面的正常发展,并给受害者的生理、心理和社会功能带来长期的影响。亟需探讨降低或消除儿童性侵犯对儿童即时的与长期的影响的方法。通过文献梳理发现,儿童性侵犯对儿童即时的与长期的影响受到社会文化、披露机制、性教育、无过错父母的支持、创伤的交互影响和个体应对策略等因素的调节。在对儿童性侵犯受害者的干预中,这些都是需要考虑的因素。Sexual abuse of children seriously endangers the normal development of the victims＇ physiological,cognitive,emotional,behavioral and social aspects,and has a long-term impact on the physiological,psychological and social functions of the victims. Therefore,it is urgent to explore ways to reduce or eliminate the immediate and long-term effects of child sexual abuse on children. Through literature review,it is found that the immediate and long-term effects of child sexual assault on children are regulated by social culture,disclosure mechanisms,sex education,support from no-fault parents,traumatic interactions,and individual coping strategies. These are factors that need to be considered in the intervention of victims of child sexual abuse.
