高校“微腐败”滋生的成因及治理对策

摘　　要："微腐败"在高校日益滋生与蔓延。高校"微腐败"具有形式多样,参与群体众多,波及范围广等主要特征;具有侵蚀学生正确价值观、滋生学校管理人员贪腐思想、破坏社会风气等严重危害。高校"微腐败"的产生与制度的不完善、执行力的有待提高、人情文化的存在、思想信念的不坚定等相关。治理高校"微腐败"必须从完善制度制定、严格执行制度入手,逐步肃清变味"人情"在校园生活中的存在,把坚定个人的理想信念视为根本,为营造健康向上的校园生活创造良好的环境。＂ Insidious corruption＂ is increasingly rampant in colleges and universities,and it has the major characteristics including variety in forms,large number of participants and a wide range,with serious hazards such as eroding students＇ correct values,breeding school administrators＇ corrupt thoughts and destroying social atmosphere. The emergence of ＂ insidious corruption＂ in universities is closely related to the imperfect system and the unimproved execution,the existence of interpersonal culture and the unsteady ideology and belief. Management of ＂ corruption＂ in colleges and universities must be conducted by perfecting system formulation,strictly implementing system,gradually eliminating the behavior of doing things through ＂ human relationship ＂ in the campus life,and at the same time,it is urgent to stress the individual ideal faith as the fundamental and create a good environment for a healthy and fine campus life.
