新时代大学生工匠精神培育路径探析

摘　　要：工匠精神是一种职业态度和精神理念,是中华文化、中华精神和民族创造力的一种本然体现。随着时代的发展,工匠精神被赋予了新的时代内涵。文章探讨了新时代工匠精神的内涵和新时代大学生工匠精神培育面临的挑战,从三个维度探析工匠精神培育路径,为更好地培养新时代大学生的工匠精神提供参考。Craftsmanship is a professional attitude and spiritual ideology,and it is also a natural embodiment of Chinese culture,Chinese spirit and national creativity. With the development of the times,craftsmanship has been endowed with connotation in the new era. This paper discusses the connotation of craftsmanship in the new era and the challenges of the spiritual cultivation for college students,from a three-dimensional analysis on paths to cultivation of craftsmanship,intending to offer a reference for the better training of craftsman spirit for college students in the new era.
