摘　　要：随着各类信息通信建设项目如火如荼地推进,信息工程项目建设管理中的风险管理显得尤为重要,如何高效准确识别各类工程项目建设过程中的主要风险并制定切实可行的风险应对措施是项目管理人员的一项重要技能。文章结合信息通信建设工程项目的特点,提出信息通信建设项目中的主要风险点确定,以及风险点的主要影响与应对措施分析。With all kinds of projects of information communication construction, the risk management is particularly important and it is an important skill for the project management personnel to efficiently and accurately identify the main risk in the course of the construction of all kinds of engineering projects and formulate feasible risk response. According to the characteristics of the information communication construction project, this paper puts forward the determination of the main risk points in the information communication construction project, as well as the analysis of the main impact and countermeasures of each risk.
