摘　　要：分组传送网络(PTN)技术能为移动通信运营商解决基站回传业务难题,是移动通信运营商承载网技术之一。如何保障PTN网络运维质量,是移动运营商亟需解决的问题。文章对移动通信运营商PTN承载网的运维质量指标进行探讨,并制定体系,为各运营商在PTN网络建设、运维期间开展的测试、验收及维护工作提供参考,从而更好地支撑移动通信运营商网络安全[1]。Packet transmission network （PTN） technology can solve the problem of base station return service for mobile communication operators, and it is one of the carrier network technologies of mobile communication operators. How to ensure the quality of PTN network operation and maintenance is an urgent problem for mobile operators. In this paper, the operation and maintenance quality index of the PTN carrier network of mobile communication operator is discussed, and the reference is provided for the operators to carry out the test, acceptance and maintenance work during the construction and operation of PTN network so as to better support the network security of mobile communication operators.
