丹红注射液联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的冠心病导致的心力衰竭患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采用常规西药抗心衰药物治疗,不调整美托洛尔的剂量;治疗组随时间增加美托洛尔的剂量,并加用丹红注射液。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前、后心衰分级、6min步行距离、心功能指标、心率(HR)、血压、血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组心衰分级、6min步行距离、心功能指标、HR、SBP、DBP、血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的心衰分级、6min步行距离、心功能指标、HR、SBP、DBP、血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合美托洛尔可显著改善冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床症状、心功能指标,降低NT-proBNP及hs-CRP水平,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with metoprolol in heart failure ofcoronary heart disease. Methods A total of 84 cases of patients with heart failure of coronary heart disease treated in ourhospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with conventional western drug resistant to heart failure and did not adjust the dose of metoprolol; the treatmentgroup increased the dose of metoprolol during therapy time, adding Danhong injection. The clinical efficacy, heart failureclassification,6 minutes walk, cardiac function indexes, heart rates （HR）, blood pressure, levels of serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment inthe treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the heart failure classification,6minutes walk, cardiac function indexes, HR, SBP, DBP, levels of serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP improved（P〈0.05）, andthose in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injectioncombined with metoprolol in heart failure of coronary heart disease can improve the clinical symptom and cardiac functionindexes, reduce NIT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
