Ⅲ、Ⅳ级护理不良事件涉及护理人员的人群特征

摘　　要：目的分析Ⅲ、Ⅳ级护理不良事件涉及护理人员的人群特征,为临床预防护理不良事件发生的培训及制定有效措施提供依据。方法以我院各个科室护士为研究对象,科室分布为外科、内科、老年干部科、急诊科等,共计临床护士200名,均为女性。根据临床护士在护理过程中是否发生Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级护理不良事件,分为研究组(护理过程中发生Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级护理不良事件)和对照组(护理过程中未发生Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级护理不良事件)。分析研究组不良事件发生例数及类型;对比研究组和对照组护士的职称、年龄、工作年限及学历构成。结果研究组共发生293件Ⅲ级事件(56.67%),222件Ⅳ级事件(42.94%);研究组职称较低的护士占比显著高于对照组,平均年龄显著小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组工作年限<1、1~5年的护士占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中专及以下、大专的护士占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论职称低、年龄小及工作年限短的护士是发生Ⅲ、Ⅳ级护理不良事件的高危人群,应该给予此类人群针对性的培训和合理的干预,以减少临床护理不良事件的发生。Objective To analyze the crowd characteristics of nursing staff involved in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ nursing adverseevents, and provide a basis for training and setting effective measures for clinical prevention of nursing adverse events.Methods A total of 200 nurses distributed in department of surgery, internal medicine, geriatric cadre and emergency of ourhospital were selected as the study objects, all of them were women. According to whether the clinical nurses had grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ nursing adverse events during the nursing process, they were divided into study group （occurring grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ nursing adverse events in the nursing process） and control group （no grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ nursing adverse events occurredduring the nursing process）. The number and type of adverse events occurred in the study group were analyzed; theprofessional titles, age, working years and academic composition of the nurses in the study group and the control groupwere compared. Results There were 293 grade Ⅲ events （56.67%） and 222 grade Ⅳ events （42.94%） in the study group.The proportion of nurses with lower professional titles in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlgroup, and the average age was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The proportions of nurses withworking years 〈1 and 1-5 years in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Theproportions of nurses in the secondary school junior high school and below and junior colleges in the study group weresignificantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nurses with low professional titles, young agesand short working years are high risk population for occurring grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ nursing adverse events. Targeted trainingand reasonable intervention should be given to reduce the occurrence of clinical nursing adverse events.
