摘　　要：为推动高校"双一流"建设、理工科专业课程教学改革,利用"互联网+教育"模式将互联网与传统教育深度融合,弥补传统高等教育的一些痛点和盲区。借鉴移动学习和混合式学习相关理论,结合学生移动学习方式多元化和教师教育管理方式混合化的特点,对基于"互联网+"的混合教育理念、教育管理方式等进行分析和说明。以网络教育管理服务平台及智能移动终端为依托,将基于"互联网+教育"的混合教育管理模式引入到高校理工科专业课程的教育教学中,阐述其教育管理流程及应用成效。To carry out＂Double-First Class University＂Initiative and reforms to technical curriculum designs,＂Internet plus education＂is meant to achieve an in-depth integration of Internet with the traditional education,and to make up for those pain spots and blind spots in traditional higher education. Based on the relevant theories of mobile learning and mixed learning,students＇ diversified characteristics of mobile learning and teachers＇ mixed education management modes,this paper elaborates the blended education concepts and management methods in＂Internet plus＂. Also based on the network teaching platform and the intelligent mobile terminal,an ＂Internet plus＂oriented teaching mode is applied to technical major courses,while teaching process administration and application effects are analyzed in the paper.
