益气活血解毒法治疗不稳定型心绞痛52例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒法治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将105例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予益气活血解毒方联合西医常规治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医症状疗效以及硝酸甘油停减率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益气活血解毒法联合西医治疗不稳定型心绞痛优于单纯西医治疗,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tonifying qi and invigorating blood circulation for removing toxicity method in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 105 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment with western medicine. The treatment group was given tonifying qi and invigorating blood circulation for removing toxicity method combined with western medicine routine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The effects of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, TCM symptoms and nitroglycerin in the treatmnent group were better than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The tonifying qi and invigorating blood circulation for removing toxicity method in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is better than western medicine treatment, the clinical curative effect is remarkable, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
