摘　　要：通过整理牛学恩对鼓胀病病机、病理演变的认识及用药规律等,探讨其对于鼓胀病的诊疗经验和学术思想。牛学恩从斡旋中土入手,恢复机体一气周流的正常状态,用苓桂浮萍汤加减治疗鼓胀病之特色与经验,值得借鉴和推广。Summing up Niu Xueen＇s experience in di agnosis and treatment of meteorism disease, the experience and academic thoughts in the diagnosis and treatment of meteorism disease was discussed by arranging tutors ＇ specific understanding both in the physiological functions and pathological changes of the human body and the law of drug use of meteorism disease. Starting from mediating the middle jiao to restore the normal state of qi circulation in the body, and using addition and subtraction of Linggui Fuping decoction in the treatment of meteorism disease is significant, which is worthy of reference and promotion.
