摘　　要：目的观察四君子汤加减方对患反复呼吸道感染的脑瘫患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取72例患有反复呼吸道感染的脑瘫患儿,随机分为2组各36例,治疗组除发作期予对症治疗外,发作间期应用四君子汤加减方治疗;对照组仅发作期应用药物对症治疗。结果治疗后治疗组血清Ig A、Ig M、Ig G,补体C3、C4及T淋巴细胞亚群CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)结果较治疗前明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减方对改善反复呼吸道感染的脑瘫患儿的免疫功能有明显疗效。Objective To observe the effect of modified Sijunzi decoction on immune function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 72 children with cerebral palsy with recurrent respiratory tract infection were selected. In addition to the treatment during the episode, the treatment group was treated with modified Sijunzi decoction during the episode. The control group was only used for the treatment of the disease. Results The results of serum IgA, IgM, IgG, complement C3, C4 and T lymphocyte subsets CD^4＋, CD^4＋/CD^8＋ were significantly improved in the treatment group, and the number of clinical recurrent sensations decreased. Conclusion Sijun decoction has obvious effect on improving immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
