祛白汤联合消白酊治疗白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服祛白汤联合外用消白酊治疗白癜风的疗效。方法采用随机的方法将126例白癜风患者分为2组,治疗组66例患者口服祛白汤辨证加减治疗联合外用消白酊,对照组60例患者口服消白汤辨证加减治疗同治疗组。2组疗程均为2个月,观察皮疹情况。结果治疗组有效率为80.3%(61/66),痊愈率为45.45%(30/66);对照组有效率为48.33%(50/60),痊愈率为31.67%(19/60)。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛白汤联合外用消白酊治疗白癜风效果较好。Objective To observe the curative effect of oral Qubai decoction combined with Xiaobai tincture in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods The randomized controlled methods were used. 126 cases of patients were divided into teo groups. In the treatment group, 66 patients were treated with oral Qubai decoction combined with Xiaobai tincture. 60 patients in the control group were treated with oral Qubai decoction. Both groups were treated for 2 months, and the rashes were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.3%（61/66）, and the recovery rate of the treatment group was 45.45%（30/66）. The control rate of the control group was 48.33%（50/60） and the recovery rate of the control group was 31.67%（19/60）. The effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qubai decoction combined with Xiaobai tincture in the treatment of vitiligo has better effect.
