捏脊联合艾灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫52例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察捏脊联合艾灸疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果。方法将104例患者随机分为2组各52例,均予以西医常规控制血糖、糖尿病饮食及运动指导,并控制血压、血脂,治疗组加捏脊并予艾灸中脘及双侧足三里。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率44.23%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论捏脊联合艾灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效肯定并能减少患者服药负担。Objective To observe the clinical effect of chiropractic combined with moxibustion on diabetic gastroparesis. Methods104 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control were given blood glucose control, diabetes diet and exercise guidance, and control of blood pressure and blood lipids treatment. The treatment group was treated with with chiropractic and moxibustion in Zhongwan and bilateral Zusanli. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was 100% and 44.23%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chiropractic combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis and can reduce the patient＇s burden of medication.
