中西医结合护理慢性心衰的价值观察

摘　　要：目的分析慢性心衰患者给予中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法以我院2015年6月—2017年3月接诊的42例慢性心衰患者为观察对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、研究组,均21例。对照组采取常规西医护理,而研究组则中西医结合护理,分析比较2组护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的心功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级占比高于对照组,且研究组的心功能Ⅲ级明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理有助于改善慢性心衰患者心功能,从而提高其生活质量,预后良好,值得使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on chronic heart failure. Methods In our hospital during from June 2015 to March 2017, 42 cases of chronic heart failure patients were selected as observation objects with random number table method. They were divided into control group and study grouo, with 21 cases in each group. The control group was given regular western medicine nursing, and the study group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing. The nursing effect was compared. Results After nursing, the heart function Ⅰand Ⅲproportion of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The quality of life of the study group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can improve the cardiac function and quality of life.
