腰椎间盘突出症术后耳穴镇痛的护理疗效

摘　　要：目的观察腰椎间盘突出症术后耳穴埋豆镇痛的疗效。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症行单纯髓核摘除手术患者60例,随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例。试验组于术后即耳穴埋豆,对照组不耳穴埋豆。2组术后均使用静脉镇痛泵。根据疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评分记录,分别于术后24 h、48 h、72 h,观察2组疼痛程度及24 h、48 h (每24 h)镇痛泵按压次数以及术后出现恶心呕吐等胃肠道不良反应。结果试验组患者术后24、48、72 h的静息VAS疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;24 h、48 h (每24 h)镇痛泵按压次数及胃肠道不良反应均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆能有效降低腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的疼痛程度,减少镇痛泵按压次数及术后出现恶心呕吐次数。操作简便、经济、无创,易被患者所接受,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupiont pressing for analgesia after the operation of lumbar discherniation.Methods 660 patients with discectomy of lumbar discherniation were randomly divided into experimental group（group A） and the control group（group B）, with 30 in each group. Group A was given auricular acupiont pressing after operation at once. All samples used intravenous analgesia pump after operation. Scores were recorded under pain visual analogue scale（VAS）, respectively, after24 h, 48 h and 72 h, and pain were observed 24 h, 48 h（ every 24 h） analgesia pressing times. Results After operation, VAS scores within 24 h, 48 h and72 h of the study grouo were significantly lower than those of the control group P〈0.05. 24 h, 48 h（every 24 h）analgesia pressing times of the syudy group was lower than those of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The auricular acupiont pressing can effectively reduce the level of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation, reduce the number of analgesia pump presses, has a significant effect, is simple, economical, non-invasive and easily accepted by patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
