摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种主要累及直肠、结肠黏膜的慢性非特异性炎症,以腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便、里急后重为主要临床表现,病程缓慢,反复发作,迁延不愈,与结肠癌关系密切,严重影响患者的身体健康和生活质量。溃疡性结肠炎已经成为临床常见的疑难病之一,在全世界范围内发病率较高。通过对大量的古今文献的研究、整理并归纳,该疾病可以总结为祛湿、调和肝脾、寒热平调、调气活血、消痈排脓等治法。Ulcerative colitis（ UC） is non-specific chronic inflam mation of the mucosa of the rectum and colon, which cardinal symptom is abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucobloody stool and tenesmus. The course of UC is slow, recurrent and unrelenting. This desease is associated with colon cancer, and severely influences patients on health and life. It has become one of the most common clinical problems. Treatment method of this desease can be summarized as dispeling dampness, harmonizing liver and spleen, mildly regulating cold and heat, regulating qi promoting blood circulation, eliminating carbuncles by studing and generalizing a lot of ancient and modern literature.
