摘  要:以北京西红门再生水厂为例,探讨BIM技术在再生水厂项目施工中的应用。采用"分布式"建模方法 ,然后将多个模型进行组合,建立整体BIM模型。在此基础上,应用BIM技术进行图纸会审、碰撞检查及孔洞精准预留、材料管控,取得了良好的经济效益。进行三维技术交底、虚拟漫游和污水处理工艺3D动画模拟,使施工参与各方对复杂节点以及整体施工流程有了更清晰地认识。实践表明,BIM技术在北京西红门再生水厂项目施工中的成功应用,有效地控制了施工质量、成本和工期,实现了项目精细化管理的目标,效益显著。Beijing Xihongmen water reclamation plant engineering is taken as example to investigate how to apply BIM technology in water reclamation plant engineering construction. The distributed modeling method is used, single built models are combined to establish the whole BIM model. In this engineering, BIM technology is used to examine working drawing, check collisions, reserve cavities accurately, manage and control construction materials. This behavior obtains good economic beneft. Based on BIM technology, three-dimensional technological explanation, virtual walkthrough and three-dimensional animation simulation of wastewater treatment process are implemented. This measure makes constructers understand complicated connections and entire construction flow more clearly. The practice shows that the successful application of BIM technology in Beijing Xihongmen water reclamation plant engineering construction effectively controls construction quality, cost and construction period. The target of fne management is realized and signifcant comprehensive, the beneft is achieved.
