摘　　要：通过对宝安中心区、深圳机场等填海项目进行调研,了解填海地区建设工程项目施工难度大,技术复杂的原因,探讨了填海地区建设工程项目管理以及施工中的应对措施,有助于未来在填海地区建设工程项目中更好的管理及施工,进而避免各类问题的出现以及事故的发生。Through the investigation of reclamation projects such as Baoan Central District and Shenzhen Airport,understand the reasons why the construction of the reclamation area is difficult and technically complicated,discussed the management of construction projects and the coun- termeasures during construction in the reclamation area,which will help to better manage and construct the construction projects in the reclama- tion area in the future, so as to avoid various problems and accidents.
