摘 要:改善沥青胶结料的抗老化性能是减缓沥青路面病害产生的重要手段之一,有机蛭石凭借其独特的阻隔作用可用于改善沥青胶结料的抗老化性能。运用薄膜烘箱、压力老化箱和紫外老化箱分别对沥青样品进行室内短期热氧老化、长期热氧老化和紫外老化。并借助动态剪切流变仪,分析了有机蛭石对70#基质沥青流变和抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:有机蛭石能提高70#基质沥青抗车辙和抗热氧、紫外老化性能。Improving anti-aging performance of asphalt binder is an effective way to retard distresses of asphalt pavement. Organic expanded vermiculite( OEVMT) can improve anti-aging performance of asphalt binder due to its special barrier property. Thin film oven test( TFOT),pressure aging vessel( PAV) test and ultraviolet( UV)irradiation were applied to simulate short-term,long-term thermal oxidation and photo oxidation aging,respectively. The effects of OEVMT on rheological and anti-aging performance of 70 # base asphalt were investigated by dynamic shear rheometer( DSR). The results showed that OEVMT can improve rutting resistance and thermal oxidation and photo oxidation aging resistance of 70# base asphalt.
