中美高校竞技体育管理体制比较研究

摘　　要：本文借鉴美国高校体育运动管理经验,采用文献资料法、比较研究法对中美两国高校竞技体育的内、外部管理体制进行分析,对比归纳了各自的区别与优劣,并指出我国高校高水平运动队管理中现存的不足之处。研究认为:美国高校高水平运动队在最高竞技赛场上所取得的辉煌成绩同竞技体育与高等教育的有机结合以及管理体制的完整规范性密不可分。我国高校高水平运动队在过去30年的发展中虽取得了较大的飞跃,但管理体制中仍存在较多需要"见贤思齐"和改革创新的地方。This paper refers to the experience of sports management in American colleges and universities, analyzes the internal and external management system of athletics sports in colleges and universities by using the methods of literature data and comparative study, generalizes the differences and advantages of the two countries while points out the deficiencies in the management of high level sports teams in our universities. The research concludes that： the splendid achievements of high level sports teams in American colleges and universities are inseparable from the organic combination of competitive sports and higher education and the integrity of management system. In the past 30 years, the high level sports teams in Chinese colleges and universities have made a great leap development, but there are still more needs to emulate better and innovations in the management system.
