摘 要:健康正确的就业心理,可以正确的看待社会的层面需求以及客观的分析自我创造的价值。在面对就业问题时,就能够客观对待,在符合社会需求的情况下找到能够实现自己价值的岗位。有了健康的就业心理,就能在基于社会所需的劳动资源中实现自我价值的最大化,实现劳动力资源的最优化。本文基于此,以白领失业和技工缺乏这一社会现状为例,来分析就业过程中存在的就业心理误区,并找出原因,提出较具针对性的解决对策。College students form a healthy and correct employment psychology to correctly view the needs of the social level and objective analysis of self-created value. When facing employment problems,college students can be treated objectively,in line with the needs of society to find a position to realize their value. In addition,with a healthy employment psychology,college students can realize the maximization of self-value and the optimization of labor resources based on the labor resources needed by society. Based on this,this paper takes the unemployment of white-collar workers and the lack of skilled workers as an example to analyze the employment psychological misunderstanding of college students in the process of employment,and find out the reasons,and finally put forward more targeted countermeasures.
