摘  要:文中进行了多管发酵法和酶底物法检测水中(耐热)粪大肠菌群结果的对比。首先,试验通过对认证的商售IDEXXQC大肠埃希氏菌和绿脓假单胞菌分别作为阳性和阴性控制菌株进行检测,其结果显示均在置信范围。其次,用较清洁的水样和污水进水水样分别进行多管发酵法和酶底物法平行检测,并进行配对t检验。较清洁的水样结果显示P=0.818(>0.05)、相关系数r=0.947;污水进水水样结果显示P=0.712(>0.05)、相关系数r=0.602,差异无统计学意义。相关系数均大于0.6,两种检测方法相关性均较强,说明多管发酵法和酶底物法检测水中(耐热)粪大肠菌群具有一致性。This paper focused on the comparison of detection results of (heat-resistant) fecal coliforms in water with multi-tube fermentation and enzyme substrate. Firstly, the test was carried out by certified commercial IDEXX-QC Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa using as positive and negative control strains respectively, whose results were in the confidenee range. Secondly, the cleaner water samples and wastewater influent water samples were tested by multi-tube fermentation method and enzyme substrate method respectively, and paired t test was carried out. Results of the cleaner water samples showed that the correlation coefficient ( r = 0. 947) was 0. 818 ( 〉 0. 05), while wastewater sample was 0. 712( 〉0. 05), r=0. 602. There was no statistical significance in explaining the difference. Correlation coefficients were all greater than 0. 6, which indicated that multi-tube fermentation method and enzyme substrate method were consistent in the detection of fecal coliform bacteria in water.
