摘  要:为了对上海地区配合饲料中铜、铁、锌、锰的污染程度进行调查分析,并在此基础上进行安全性评价,采集了2011—2016年上海地区送检饲料样品的检测数据,统计猪、鸡全价配合饲料、牛精料补充料中铜、铁、锌、锰的含量并进行分析。浓缩料、添加剂预混合饲料按照在配合饲料中的添加比例换算成配合饲料或精料补充料中各元素的含量。铜、铁、锌、锰的检测方法为原子吸收光谱法。安全性评价采用单因素污染指数法和内梅罗污染综合指数法。评价依据为农业部公告第1224号。结果表明:1)猪、鸡全价配合饲料、牛精料补充料中铜含量的超标率分别为6.4%、3.8、24.7%,锌含量的超标率分别为19.2%、1.8%、16.5%,锰含量的超标率分别为1.8%、10%、1.1%,铁的超标率相对较低,均不高于1.3%。2)猪全价配合饲料中锌元素的单项污染指数为1.23,属于轻度污染水平;牛精料补充料中铜、鸡全价配合饲料中锰的单项污染指数分别为0.83、0.82,污染程度均达安全警戒水平;配合饲料中铁元素的单项污染指数均低于0.7,处于安全水平。3)配合饲料中铜铁锌锰综合污染指数为0.78,达到污染警戒水平。猪全价配合饲料的综合污染指数最高,为0.97,污染程度达警戒水平,鸡全价配合饲料和牛精料补充料的综合污染程度相对较轻,处于安全水平。综上可知:上海地区配合饲料中铜、铁、锌、锰均有不同程度的超标,其中猪全价配合饲料中锌、牛精料补充料中铜、鸡全价配合饲料中的锰污染严重,应引起高度重视。The experiment was conducted to investigate pollution of copper(Cu),iron(Fe),zinc(Zn) and manganese( Mn) and assess the safety risk of compound feeds in Shanghai. Test data of submitted feed samples in Shanghai area of 2011 —2016 were collected, and the contents of Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in pig complete formula feeds,chicken complete formula feeds and cattle concentrate supplements were analyzed. Contents of Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in concentrate, additive premix was converted into contents in the complete formula feed or concentrate supplement in according to adding proportion. Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. The pollution comprehensive assessments were made based on single factor pollution index method and Nemerow integrated factor pollution index method. The results showed as follows :1) Over standard rate of Cu in pig, chicken complete formula feed and cattle concentrate supplements were 6. 4%,3. 8% and 24. 7%,respectively. Over standard rate of Zn in pig, chicken complete formula feed and cattle concentrate supplements were 19.2%, 1. 8% and 16. 5%. Over standard rates of Mn in pig, chicken complete formula feed and cattle concentrate supplements were1. 8%,10% and 1.1%. Over standard rates of Fe in compound feed was lower less than 1.3 %. 2) The single factor pollution index of Zn in pig complete formula feed was 1.23, indicating that pig compound feed was slightly-polluted by Zn. The single factor pollution index of Cu in cattle concentrate supplements and the single factor pollution index of Mn in chicken complete formula feed were 0. 83 and 0. 82,respectively, which all reached safety warn level. The single factor pollution index of Fe in compound feed were all smaller than 0.7,which reached the clean and safe degree. 3)The Nemerow integrated factor pollution index of compound feed was 0. 78, which demonstrated that the compound feed in shanghai reached the safety warn level.
