摘　　要：打赢脱贫攻坚战是逐步实现乡村振兴战略阶段性目标的必然要求。乡村民宿是新兴的乡村旅游业态、乡村旅游产品,在促进乡村产业融合发展、产业扶贫方面的功效已经初见端倪。为了充分发挥乡村民宿在新时代的旅游扶贫效应,有必要以精准扶贫科学方法论为指导,结合实地调查、典型案例分析以及扶贫政策解读等研究方法,建议既要统筹考虑,又要突出重点,努力处理好扶助扶贫与扶志扶智、招商引资与村民自营、民俗文化与时尚文化、旅游民宿与延伸产业、要素分配与博爱关怀等五对关系,更好地为国家扶贫攻坚大局分忧解难。It is an inevitable requirement to gradually realize the strategic goals of rejuvenating the countryside. The country homestay inn is an emerging rural tourism industry and rural tourism product. The effect of promoting the integration of rural industry development and industrial poverty alleviation has begun to take shape. In order to give full play to the poverty alleviation effect of rural tourism in the new era, it is necessary to use the scientific methodology of precision poverty alleviation as guidance, combined with field surveys, typical case studies, and analysis of poverty alleviation policies. It is suggested that both the overall consideration and the emphasis should be made. We will deal with the five pairs of relationships between poverty alleviation, helping and supporting wisdom, investment promotion and villagers＇ self-employment, folk culture and fashion culture, homestay inn and extended industry, factor distribution, and charity care, so as to better solve problems in the overall poverty alleviation.
