摘 要:输电线路覆冰是影响电力系统安全运行的因素之一,有效检测输电线路覆冰厚度,及时采取有效的除冰措施,能够预防由覆冰引起的电力事故。针对输电线路覆冰,提出基于分形理论的覆冰厚度检测方法。该方法采用毯子维分形方法分别提取导线和覆冰边缘,并用Koch曲线连接不连续覆冰边缘;根据导线直径的像素值与实际值之间的关系求出标定系数;利用标定系数计算横向和纵向的覆冰厚度。分别在覆冰现场和实验室环境下,用所提出方法进行实验,结果表明该方法不仅能够准确计算线路覆冰的厚度,还可反映覆冰的厚度分布情况,方法简单、误差小、抗噪性能好,应用于线路覆冰监测具有可观前景。Icing on transmission lines is one of the factors affecting the safe operation of power systems. The power accidents caused by icing can be prevented by monitoring the icing thickness of transmission lines effec- tively and taking effective de-icing measures in time. Icing detection method based on fractal theory is proposed aiming at the icing of transmission lines. The wires and ice edges were separately extracted according to the blanket dimension fractal method, and the discontinuous edges of ice were connected with Koch curve. The cal- ibration coefficient was obtained according to the relationship between the pixel value and the actual value of the wire diameter. The icing thicknesses of horizontal and vertical were calculated using calibration coeffi- cients. Experiments were carried out using the proposed method in the ice field and laboratory environment respectively. The results show that the icing thickness can be calculate accurately, thickness distribution can be reflected. The method is simple, with small error and good anti-noise performance. It has considerable application prospects in icing monitoring.
