摘 要:简述了铁水脱硫的衍变历程,分析了工业生产主要使用的几种脱硫剂的优缺点。对脱硫过程的限制性环节展开讨论,认为铁水脱硫是一个混合限制性环节联合控制的过程。对比了喷吹法与KR法的优缺点,理论推导出气固两相射流中粉剂颗粒的运动行为及浸入铁液条件,指出完全依靠石灰进行铁水脱硫应作为未来的重点研究方向,并提出旋转喷吹工艺概念及取得工业尝试的积极效果。The development history of the desuKurization process for hot metal was described in brief. The advantages and disadvantages of some main types of desulfurizing agents applied in industry production were analyzed. The limitation links in the process of desulfurization were discussed and it was believed that the desulfurization of hot metal was the process of combination control that was controlled by compounded limitation links. The advantages and disadvantages of the injection process and KR process were compared and then the motion behavior of the powder particles in gas-solid two-phase jet flow and the conditions for the powder particles to be immersed into hot metal was deducted theoretically. It was pointed that the desulfurization process for hot metal by using lime totally would be the main research direction in the future. Finally, the concept on the rotary injection process was proposed and the active effect achieved in industry trials were also provided.
