摘  要:鞍钢采用小方坯轧制球扁钢时,球头部位出现开裂现象。分析原因是铸坯角部横裂纹所致,通过采取降低Al、N含量、提高结晶器振动频率、减小振幅等措施,铸坯角部横裂纹减少,铸坯轧制合格率由75%提高到95%以上。The cracking phenomenon occurred at the bulb position of the bulb steel in pro- ducing the bulb steel by rolling a billet in Ansteel. The analysis results showed that the cracking was caused by the corner cracks in the billet. After taking such measures as reducing the content of A1 and N in liquid steel, increasing the oscillation frequency of the mould, decreasing the am- plitude, the transverse corner cracks of the billet were reduced and the percent of pass for rolling the billet was increased to above 95% from 75%.
